You can exchange or return any item for a full refund within 14 days after the delivery date in case there is any damage to it.

In the case a return is attempted, the package will be sent back to the original address.
International return labels cannot be processed. Unfortunately, our system cannot create international return labels, therefore, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Please ship contact us for return/refund of international order at firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not accept exchanges for any international orders.
We are not responsible for international returns that are lost in transit on the way to our facilities. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to process from the date we receive it.
